Pholidota articulata Lindl. ?

Northern Vietnam, Lao Cai Prov., Van Ban Distr., to the west of Nam Xay village (around point 21°58′09′'N, 104°00′55′'E). Primary broad-leaved evergreen and mixed (with Fokienia hodginsii) montane forest along granite/quartzite ridge at elev. 1900-2000 m a.s.l. Common epiphyte in canopies of high trees. Usual co-dominant of epiphytic plant communities.
