Vietnam, Nghe An Prov., Tuong Duong Distr., Tam Quang Municipality, Tung Huong village, along Khe Mat stream around point 19є03’07’’N 104є36’57’’E at elevation about 800 m a.s.l.
Lowland closed primary old evergreen forest on steep slopes on remnant limestone mountain.
Epiphyte on mossy trees in shady place. Flowers yellow with orange-brown spots. Locally common.
