S.Vietnam, Ninh Thuan Prov., Ninh Hai Distr., Vinh Hai Municipality, E elev. about 600 m a.s.l. Steep rocky mountain slopes composed with granite. Terrestrial herb on open wet secondary grassland. Flowers: tepals
outside white, inside brown, lip deep purple-violet. Occasional.
