Cheirostylis vietnamensis Aver. (= Cheirostylis marmorata Aver.)

N. Vietnam, prov. Cao Bang, distr. Ha Lang, municipality Thanh Nhat (N

22ø41' E 106ø40'), about 42 km to E from Cao Bang town. Primary open

coniferous and mixed semideciduous forest along tops of remnant

limestone ridges at 600 m alt. Lithophyte on shady rocks. Leaves sill-

very-white with dark green veins. Rare.
