S. Vietnam, Prov. Kontum. NW slopes of Ngoc Linh mountain system at 1900-2000 m alt. Primary evegreen forest. Epiphyte. Flowers yellow, sepals with purple stripes, lip deep purple nearly black, flowers with strong unpleasant smell. No VH 475 06.03.1995
