Vietnam, Thua Thien – Hue Prov., A Luoi Distr., Hong Van Municipality, Ta Lo village, around point 16°21′52′'N, 107°09′36′'E at elevation about 800-1000 m a.s.l. Secondary wet broad-leaved closed forest on steep mountain slopes composed with shale and granite. Terrestrial and lithophytic herb along shady wet stream. Flowers of typical coloration.
