Borikhamxai Prov., Khamkeut Distr., Dan Khum Ngan locality, Watershed Managing Protected Authority (WMPI) region around point 17°57′32”N 105°01′05”E. Open primary broadleaved forest on thin soils and on flat granite outcrops at elevation around 538 m a.s.l. Creeping epiphyte. Not rare.

Fl. under cultivation in June 2013. Flowers light yellowish-pink, lip a little darker, with 2 dull orange warts.
