Quang Binh Prov., Minh Hoa Distr., Hoa Son municipality, B’Lam Lang limestone mt., around point 17°42′13.7”N 105°47′33.9”E. Primary selectedly logged closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on top ridge of mountain at elevation about 700 m a.s.l. Epiphyte. Flowers white with yellowish areas on lip. Occasional.
