Quang Binh Prov., Minh Hoa Distr., Hoa Son municipality, B’Lam Lang limestone mt., around point 17°42′12.1”N 105°47′39.0”E. Primary selectedly logged closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on near top ridge of silicat at elevation about 620 m a.s.l. Lithophyte perennial orchid up to 0.2 m tall (with inflorescence), in rich in humus, wet and shady cracks. Leaves dark green above, reddish-brownish beneath. Lip white, base purple, calyx red-brown.
