N. Vietnam, Prov. Hoa Binh, Distr. Mai Chau, subdistr. Pa Co, near 3 km to NE of Pa Co village. Rocks outcrops on secondary short tall grasslands of alluvial valley among limestone ridges at 1100 m alt. Herb up to 0.5 m high in hollows of limestone vertical cliffs.
