Vientiane Prov., Kasi Distr., Thong Mout village, around point 19°26’51.5”N 102°07’45.8”E. Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on very steep rocky slopes and on vertical cliffs of remnant highly eroded rocky limestone mountains composed by solid crystalline stratified limestone at elevation 1550-1650 m. Epiphyte on mossy trees on shady rocky slope. Along small stream. Not common.
Fl. in cult. 20 July 2016. tepals white; lip median lobe purple; side lobes yellowish with many purple-brown marks; spur, pedicel and ovary white with light purple tint; column white, operculum white with 2 light purple spots; column foot white with yellowish-pink streaks. L.Averyanov.
