Hoa Binh Prov., Mai Chau Distr., Pa Co Municipality, Ban Cang village, around point 20?43’20’’ N, 104?57’21’’ E, 928 m a.s.l.

In wet and shady places of secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved submontane forests on foots and slopes of limestone mountains. Clustered.

Perennial terrestrial orchid. Flowers white.
