Hoa Binh, Mai Chau District; Pa Co Municipality, approx. 154 km from Hanoi; then west approx. 1 km on road in Rung Gin area near Na Pai Village. Collection on ridge immediately S of road. Disturbed forest near cultivations; and then on rocks, steep at the ridge. Few valuable species of trees or orchids remain. 20°44'31"N 104°56'24"E 1094 - 1200 m Occasional, epiphytic, occasionally lithophytic; pseudobulb dull green; leaves bright green; old fruit dark purple.
