Vietnam, Thua Thien – Hue Prov., A Luoi Distr., Hong Van Municipality, Ta Lo village, around point 16°21′52′'N, 107°09′36′'E at elevation about 1000-1100 m a.s.l.

Secondary wet closed broad-leaved forest on very steep mountain slopes composed with shale and granite along shady stream canyon.

Creeping lithophyte on open waterfall cliffs. Occasional.
