Primary evergreen broad-leaved wet forest with Dacrycarpus imbricatus on steep mt. slopes on sandstone & gneiss at elev. 1100-1200 m. Creeping epiphyte on high trees. Flowers dull yellow, lip deep violet-brown. Common.
