Dak Lak Province, Chu Mu Mt., terrestrial creeping herb at elevation 800–1300 m a.s.l. Not common. October 2019, Nguyen Van Canh, AL 1162.

Herbarium and photo prepared in 15 August 2020, sepals pale olive greenish with 1-3 dull purple nerves, lip white with purple nerves and 3 purple keels on epichile, column white. Anthers light purple, L. Averyanov, T. Maisak, AL 1162.1
