Bulbophyllum hirtum (J.E.Smith) Lindl.

Lai Chau Prov., Phong Tho Distr., Sin Suoi Ho Municipality, Sa Ma Pho village, around point 22°32’53’’N 103°33’40’’E. Secondary open evergreen broad-leaved forest and secondary woodlands on very steep mountain slopes composed predominantly with weathered granite at elev. about 1600-1800 m a.s.l. Lithophytic herb on exposed rocks. Flowers white to light yellowish, tepals with fine purple marks. Not common.
