Wild collected plant originated from Lao Cai Province, cultivated in private garden in Da Lat Town, Lam Dong Province. Species with strongly upcurved spur, cylindric throughout or very slightly swollen at apex. Lip inconspicuous 3-lobed, mid lobe with fleshy yellow callus. Herbarium specimen and photo prepared in 18 August 2020, Truong Ba Vuong, Ngo Quang Dang, Phan Trong Quyet, BV 790.
