Hon Ba nature reserve, Cam Lam district, Khanh Hoa province. Coordinator 12°7'6.78"N 108°58'0.63"E, elevation around 1000 m a.s.l. 26 July 2018, Truong Ba Vuong, Mang Van Lam, BV 337. Epiphyte on tree trunk, Flower looks close to C. striatum but only one hair on the tip of the lip, inflorescence short.
