Remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved lowland forest on very steep hill slopes composed with stratified shale and sandstone at elev. about 150 m a.s.l. Woody vine up to 10 m long on very steep rocky rather open slope. Flowers pink with pink-purple tips of tepals. Occasional.
