S. Vietnam, Kontum Prov., Kon Plong Distr., Hieu Municipality, Mang La forest enterprise (14º39'N, 108º25'E). Primary evergreen broad-leaved wet forest with Dacrycarpus imbricatus on steep mt. slopes on sandstone & gneiss at elev. 1100-1200 m. Open swamp along forest
stream. Inflorescences whitish-grey. Very common.
