Lai Chau Province, Muong Te District, Mu Ca Commune. Old rich secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest on stratified shale at elevation of about 540 m a.s.l. around point 22º29’40’’N 102º24’15’’E. Treelet 2-3 m tall. Flowers white with strong spacy fragrance. Not common.
