Lai Chau Province, Muong Te District, Mu Ca Commune. Old rich secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest on stratified shale at elevation of about 540 m a.s.l. around point 22º29’40’’N 102º24’15’’E. Tree to 10 m tall. Fruits orange. Not common.
