Gia Lai Province, K'Bang District. Highly degraded secondary evergreen broad-leaved dry forest at elevation 600-800 m a.s.l., around point 14º26N 108º22E. Terrestrial herb to 3 m tall in open place along road. Flowers white, median tepal red. Common.
