Gia Lai Province, Mang Yang District, Ayune Commune, Kon Ka Kinh National Park. Secondary and primary dry evergreen broad-leaved forest on shale and lava rocks at elevation of 900-1000 m a.s.l. around point 14º13N 108º20E. Achlorophyllous white herb to 30 cm tall on shady rocky stream slope. Flowers white, lip with small purple marks. Rare.
