Gia Lai Province, Mang Yang District, Ayune Commune, Kon Ka Kinh National Park. Secondary and primary dry evergreen broad-leaved forest on shale and lava rocks at elevation of 900-1000 m a.s.l. around point 14º13N 108º20E. Erect terrestrial herb to 25 cm tall in open short-tall grassy wetland. Flowers blue to dark blue. Locally common.
