Dak Nong Province, Dak Song District, Quang Son Commune, Nam Nung Nature Reserve, primary dry evergreen broad-leaved forest on basalt and lava rocks at elevation of about 1000-1200 m a.s.l. around the point 12º10’N 107º46’E. Terrestrial herb to 2 m tall in shady place. Flowers bright red. Occasional.
