Vietnam, Quang Tri Prov., Da Krong Distr., Huc Nghi Municipality, La To Vill., along La Sam stream, around point 16º29’00’’ N, 107º00’40’’ E, 432 m a.s.l., shaly mt. Treelet, ca 7-10 m tall. Terrestrial, on slopes of secondary closed evergreen broad-leaved mixte with bamboo forest; rare.
