Vietnam, Ha Giang Prov., Quan Ba Distr, Can Ty Municipality, about 3 km to NWW of Quan Ba town, around point 23º05’49’’N, 105º00’28’’E at elevation about 1200 m a.s.l. Primary mossy cloudy coniferous forest with Pseudotsuga sinensis on tops of high rocky ridge composed with highly eroded marble-like limestone along left side of Mien river. Treelet about 4 m tall on shady mossy rocky slope. Flowers light greenish, nectary disk light yellow, anthers white. Occasional.
