Dacrycarpus imbricatus (Blume) de Laub.

Vietnam, Thua Thien – Hue Prov., A Luoi Distr., A Roang Municipality, Tra Lenh Forestry Department station, around point 16°04'38''N, 107°29'10''E. Primary closed evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep mountain slopes composed with shale and granite at elevation 700-800 m a.s.l. Seedlings of tree up to 30 m tall and 1.2 m in diam. Occasional co-dominant of first forest stratum along tops of ridge.
