Primary coniferous forest with Pseudotsuga brevifolia and Tsuga chinensis on remnant highly eroded limestone ridge at elev. 1440 m a.s.l. Tree 15-20 m hg and up to 50 cm in diam. Rare associate of first forest stratum.
