Cephalotaxus mannii Hook.f.

Vietnam, Quang Binh Prov., Bo Trach Distr., Tan Trach Municipality, about 0.5 km to E of A Rem village (17º23'32''N, 106º12'46''E). Primary closed coniferous forest (with Calocedrus rupestris) on steep slopes and on tops of rocky ridge composed with solid marble-like highly eroded solid crystalline limestone at elevation about 750-850 m a.s.l. Tree up to 25 m tall and 0.5 m in diam. Occasional co-dominant of first forest stratum on steep slopes near tops of ridge.
