S.Vietnam, Ninh Thuan Prov., Ninh Hai Distr., Vinh Hai Municipality, E slopes on Nui Chua mountains to SW of point 11o43'52''N 109o08'35''E at elev. about 600-700 m a.s.l. Primary and secondary evergreen dry forest along border with open dry secondary grassland on steep rocky mountain slopes composed with granite. Lithophytic and epiphytic fern. Very common.
