Old humid secondary evergreen broad-leaved montane forest of very steep mountain slopes composed with sandstone at elevations 1800–1850 m a.s.l. Terrestrial and lithophytic erect herb to 30 cm tall on steep open slope. Flowers light blue to white. Common.
