Dak Lak Province, M’Drak District, W foothills of Chu Mu Mt., dry secondary and remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on granite on steep slopes along rocky river at elevation 600-650 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb to 1 m tall in shady wet stream slope along trail. Flowers yellow. Not rare.
