Houphan Prov., Hem Distr., Nacoc village, Pu He mountain around point 20°10'36.7''N 103°11'39.2''E. Secondary broad-leaved evergreen open dry forest with bamboo on very steep rocky mountain slopes composed by shaly limestone at elev. 700-900 m a.s.l. Terrestrial fern along shady ridge edge. Locally very common.
