Kon Tum Province, Kon Plong District, Hieu Municipality, remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on steep shady slopes or rocky river canyon composed with granite and silicate shale at elevation of about 1200 m a.s.l. Terrestrial erect tuberiferous herb to 1.2 m tall on rocky shady stream slope. Rare.
