Hanoi Capital Region, Ba Vi National Park, old humid secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest on very steep mountain slopes composed by granite and shale at elevation of 700-850 m a.s.l. Erect terrestrial herb to 1 m tall on shady slope along trail. Flowers white. Leaves with dark purple nerves. Common.
