Lam Dong Province, Dam Rong District, Phi Lieng Village, Phu Son Pass. Shady secondary forest with bamboo on very steep slope at elevation 1000-1400 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb to 1 m tall on shady steep slope. Flowers white, lip with red center. Common.
