Kon Tum Province, Kon Plong District, Hieu Municipality, remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on steep shady slopes or rocky river canyon composed with granite and silicate shale at elevation of about 1200 m a.s.l. Treelet about 5 m tall in shady place. Flowers white. Not common.
