Quang Nam Province, Nong Sơn District, Elephant Species and Habitat Conservation Area. Secondary dry evergreen broad-leaved forest on step mountain slopes composed by sandstone at elevation of about 200 m a.s.l. Treelet to 2 m tall in open places along small rocky river. Flowers pure light pink to pink purple. Locally common.
