Lam Dong Province, Dam Rong District, Phi Lieng Village, Phu Son Pass. Shady secondary forest with bamboo on very steep slope at elevation 1000-1400 m a.s.l. Treelet to 4 m tall on shady steep slope. Flowers pink to pink purple. Occasional.
