Aeschynanthus sp. (“bright red”)

Kon Tum Province, Dak Gley District, W slopes of Ngoc Linh Mountain system. Remnants of primary and secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest on granite and shale at elevation of about 1800 m a.s.l. Undershrub or scandent semiwoody vine to 1.5 m long in rather open place among Betula alnoides saplings along road, on steep slope. Flowers bright red. Occasional.
