Hanoi Capital Region, Ba Vi National Park, old humid secondary and remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on steep mountain slopes composed by shale at elevation of about 800 m a.s.l. Herbaceous to semi-woody creeping epiphytic vine 3-4 m long on tall old tree. Flowers white, fragrant, corona at center red. Common.
