Hanoi Capital Region, Ba Vi National Park, old humid secondary and remnants of primary evergreen broad-leaved forest on steep mountain slopes composed by shale at elevation of about 1000 m a.s.l. Terrestrial herb on shady slope with erect stem to 25 cm long supported by several rigid stilt roots. Flowers white. Locally common.
