Quang Nam Province, Nong Sơn District, Elephant Species and Habitat Conservation Area. Secondary dry evergreen broad-leaved forest on step mountain slopes composed by sandstone at elevation of about 200 m a.s.l. Terrestrial and lithophytic herb with short stem supported by long rigid stilt roots on shady rocky steep slope along small rocky river. Locally common.
