The border on Kon Tum and Quang Nam Provinces along the road Da Nang – Dak Gley. Secondary broad-leaved evergreen forest on very steep slopes composed by silicate shale at elevation of 800–1100 m a.s.l. Giant scandent herb to 4 n tall in wet shady place along rocky stream. Flowers white. Common.
