Phu Tho Prov., Tan Son Distr., Xuan Son Municipality, Du village, Ten Mountain, around mountain top, point 21°06’49”N 104°56’03”E. Primary broad-leaved evergreen forest on steep mountain slopes composed with shale at elevation 1100-1250 m a.s.l. Terrestrial and lithophytic rosulate herb on very steep mossy rocky slopes and cliffs. Flowers light blue. Leaves dark green with light green spots. Very common around the mountain top.
