Sambucus javanica Blume
Quang Binh Province, Le Thuy District, Kim Thuy Municipality. Secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest with bamboo on very steep river slopes composed by shaly limestone at elevation 60–160 m a.s.l. around point 17º4’29’’N 106º43’5’’E. Shrub to 2.5 m tall in open wet place on rocky slope near river. Flowers white, fruits orange to red. Not common.
