Quang Binh Province, Le Thuy District, Kim Thuy Municipality. Secondary evergreen broad-leaved forest with bamboo on very steep river slopes composed by shaly limestone at elevation 60–160 m a.s.l. around point 17º4’29’’N 106º43’5’’E. Small shrub to 1.5 m tall along rather open rocky wet river side. Fruits orange. Not rare.
